2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation.
Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST (where applicable).
Payments are accepted via secure online payment gateways before order processing.

3. Delivery (Singapore)

Islandwide delivery is available within Singapore.
Additional 10SGD charges may apply for delivery to areas like Jurong Island, Sentosa, and other restricted zones.
In case of poor weather or unforeseen events, deliveries may be delayed. We will notify you accordingly.

4. International Orders

Currently, we only deliver within Singapore. Stay tuned for updates as we expand!

5. Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened items or changes of mind. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days at enquiry@snackadee.com.

6. Civility Policy

We believe in friendly service and mutual respect. Layang Food Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who exhibit abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.
